Unwind Your Mind sessions are available on a standalone basis or as part of Wellness Passport Packages.
It's similar to a Skype or Facetime call with a teacher matched to your unique situation and goals. The session could involve approaches such as yoga nidra, visualizations, breath work and other forms of mediation.
No experience is needed at all. If you do have a deep meditation practice our expert team from around the world can help you refine your approach and offer different advanced techniques.
