    Yes! Some of the top athletes in the world have turned to meditation techniques to help with mental focus, visualization, and to help manage anxiety and stress before games.

    More and more sports trainers are including meditation into their training programs. It’s been shown that with meditation, the brain increases its plasticity - in other words, you increase the capacity for the brain to learn and remember training!

  • What do I need in order to get started on a meditation practice?

    A quiet comfortable space in your home and office is the most important thing! Other than that, you just need to show up!

  • How long are sessions?

    Anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple of hours depending on the focus and type of session. Streaming Meditation & Breathing Sessions start at 25 minutes and in-home is generally one hour.

  • How do I monitor my meditation progress?

    We take care of your progress! Our instructors take a long term approach to your health and wellness. Whether you’re working on short or long term goals, we’ll monitor, assess, and then reassess your development as you go. Check out our Anahana Wellness Process!

  • What is a Wellness Advisor?

    Do you want to be proactive in living a healthier, happier, and longer life? Wellness Advisors help you do just that by working with you to determine immediate and long term goals, strategies that work for you, and provide the tools and professionals to make it happen.

  • How much do guided meditation sessions cost?

    It varies depending on the type of service and your location. Shorter streaming sessions start at $65 and onsite/in-home can go up to $450+/hour for Anahana Specialists. HST is charged for some services and not others per CRA regulations. Insurance can cover some services.
