  • Can I practice yoga throughout my pregnancy?

    With the consultation of your doctor, we work with you to offer the best yoga techniques to keep you and your baby happy and healthy throughout pregnancy. The best approach will be unique to each case. 

  • How long are sessions?

    Anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple of hours depending on what we are helping you with. Streaming meditation and breathing sessions start at 20 minutes and in-home is generally one hour. 

  • How do I monitor my yoga progress?

    We take care of your progress! Our instructors take a long term approach to your health and wellness. Whether you’re working on short or long term goals, we’ll monitor, assess, and then reassess your development as you go. Check out our Anahana Wellness Process!

  • What is a Wellness Advisor?

    Do you want to be proactive in living a healthier, happier, and longer life? Wellness Advisors help you do just that by working with you to determine immediate and long term goals, strategies that work for you, and provide the tools and professionals to make it happen.

  • How much do private yoga lessons cost?

    It varies depending on the type of service and your location. Shorter streaming sessions start at $65 and onsite/in-home can go up to $450+/hour for Anahana Specialists. HST is charged for some services and not others per CRA regulations. Insurance can cover some services.

  • What fitness equipment will I need?

    All you need to do is show up! Or a least be there when we show up! If you have equipment already our instructors will make use of any props they deem helpful on a given day.

  • Ok, I am 100% in! When can I start?

    Usually right away! Ok, maybe tomorrow. The first step is to chat with an Anahana Wellness Advisor so we can learn a little more about how we can help you best and match you with just the right instructor to meet your wellness goals.
