Absolutely! It’s never too late (or early!) to begin a yoga practice, the key is selecting the right style that fits with your wellness goals. At Anahana, we create custom yoga packages to meet you where you are, no matter your experience or fitness level.
As we age, our muscular and skeletal structure tends to deteriorate. With gentle yoga practice, we can aim to rebuild, strengthen, and stimulate muscle tone and as a result we see improvements in posture, balance, and even sleep!
With consultation from your doctor, we build yoga programs tailored to your specific needs. Our yoga instructors often lead chair yoga for seniors to create a safe and comfortable environment to gently stretch and tone tired muscles.

Anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple of hours depending on what we are helping you with. Streaming meditation and breathing sessions start at 20 minutes and in-home is generally one hour.

It varies depending on the type of service and your location. Shorter streaming sessions start at $65 and onsite/in-home can go up to $450+/hour for Anahana Specialists. HST is charged for some services and not others per CRA regulations. Insurance can cover some services.
All you need to do is show up! Or a least be there when we show up! If you have equipment already our instructors will make use of any props they deem helpful on a given day.
