We meet you where your meditation practice is, whether you’re a beginner or are a seasoned meditator (or somewhere in between!), our instructors provide one-on-one care and attention to help you with stress management and gain mental focus and clarity.

  • What if I am a total beginner at meditation, is that ok?

    100%, you are good to go, we love working with newbies. In fact, current research indicates that starting any new activity is best done under the guidance of an experienced practitioner to avoid developing any unhelpful habits. Ask about our 4 and 8 Week Newbie Meditator Calm Courses. These are tweaked to meet you exactly where you are and work with you to build your confidence and abilities to hone your mental focus and increase your ability to manage your mind and emotions.

  • What do I need in order to get started on a meditation practice?

    A quiet comfortable space in your home and office is the most important thing! Other than that, you just need to show up! 

  • How long are sessions?

    Anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple of hours depending on the focus and type of session. Streaming Meditation & Breathing Sessions start at 25 minutes and in-home is generally one hour.

  • Do you offer individual sessions or is membership required?

    Individual in-home and live virtual classes are offered for most types of meditation while some other services are only available to Anahana Wellness Passport members. (Note: Our Wellness Passport Program is currently wait-listed until January 2020).

  • How do I monitor my meditation progress?

    We take care of your progress! Our instructors take a long term approach to your health and wellness. Whether you’re working on short or long term goals, we’ll monitor, assess, and then reassess your development as you go. Check out our Anahana Wellness Process!

  • What is a Wellness Advisor?

    Do you want to be proactive in living a healthier, happier, and longer life? Wellness Advisors help you do just that by working with you to determine immediate and long term goals, strategies that work for you, and provide the tools and professionals to make it happen. We will help you get setup with the right member of our team and partner with other wellness experts depending on your needs.

  • How much do guided meditation sessions cost?

    It varies depending on the type of service and your location. Shorter streaming sessions start at $65 and onsite/in-home can go up to $450+/hour for Anahana Specialists. HST is charged for some services and not others per CRA regulations. Insurance can cover some services.

  • Ok, I am 100% in! When can I start?

    Usually right away! Ok, maybe tomorrow. The first step is to chat with an Anahana Wellness Advisor so we can learn a little more about how we can help you best and match you with just the right instructor to meet your wellness goals.
