Refunds and Returns Policy

Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the personalized nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered (i.e., once the customer downloads the PDF file or accesses the digital content). Each report or product is customized specifically for you and cannot be reused or resold.

Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase.

By completing your purchase and downloading or accessing the product, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period, as the product is delivered instantly and customized to your specifications.
